"This is my first yelp review and Jordan Mossa deserves to be no. 1 on my list! Purchasing my first home was a lot of hard work, worrisome and full of anxiety but Jordan made it extremely comfortable and made sure I felt at ease. I was working w/ another agent who was extremely nice but wasn't being 'aggressive' enough w/ what I was looking for. I happened to come across Jordan on Craigslist and on a whim I called him. He was very straightforward and will not 'sugarcoat' any responses for questions you might have for him. I decided to go w/ him and trust my instincts and once he had my info he was ready search for the property that I desired. He goes out of his way and is available LITERALLY 24/7!!! Since I live along the peninsula he was checking out properties for me on the east bay and letting me know his thoughts so finally he found THE ONE and w/ me going only by the photos on the MLS I trusted him and he 'made it happen' and when I was able to actually see my property I was so ecstatic and almost in tears b/c it was so beautiful and perfect for me and my little one. He is in constant communication w/ EVERYONE involved during your purchasing period from your lender to the seller's agent. You have a question and he will get the answer for you if you can't get it yourself. His motto is 'I will make this happen' and trust me he does! Jordan was w/ me from beginning to end and I referred him to my family member who is now in the process of purchasing a home or homes from him as well and when he 'made it happen' on the home they didn't think could happen they were in disbelief and they couldn't be happier. So if you are looking for the best real estate agent around whether it be for your primary residence or an investment property Jordan Mossa is no. 1! I couldn't be more happier w/ what I had accomplished b/c of him so thank you Jordan!
